San Francisco, CA, September 25, 2013—Former LEGO designer Nathanaël Kuipers is back with a second volume in his widely acclaimed LEGO Build-It Book series, More Amazing Vehicles (No Starch Press, October 2013, 152 pp., $19.95, ISBN 9781593275136). As readers craft these incredible cars, trucks, and things-that-go-vroom, they'll practice advanced building techniques sure to inspire their own original creations.
Readers will learn how to build a cool chopper, a classy hot rod, a stylish roadster, and seven other awesome vehicles, all from one collection of LEGO bricks. These are the same bricks used in The LEGO Build-It Book, Vol. 1, so there's no need to search high and low for those hard-to-find pieces. Kuipers and graphic designer Mattia Zamboni fill The LEGO Build-It Book, Vol. 2 with clear instructions and brilliant illustrations that make building the models painless.
